Hi everyone! Before we get started, we want to thank all you members, churches, businesses, and the public. As we said in our last news letter, more and more families are calling us for help. Due to the warmer weather, the utility company’s are able to shut off people’s utilities. They are now shutting them off right and left!! A lot of the helping organizations are still without funding. So this means that Charitable Deeds is taking a lot of the burden. So please pray that Charitable Deeds is able to keep helping the overwhelming need for help.
Our Pizza Pub pizza fundraiser was again a huge success. As usual we made over $4,000.00 for this fund raiser. A special thanks goes out to the Pizza Pub. Please patronize the Pizza Pub any chance you get.
Lets pause a moment, and pray for those on our Charitable Deeds prayer chain. If there is anyone that needs to be added, or taken off the prayer chain, you can contact Bobbi.
Our new hours at Charitable Deeds for financial help are Mondays from 9am – 12pm. Then on Tuesdays from 9am – 12, we will be giving away free clothing, free furniture, free appliances, ect of what we have on stock.
If there is any member that have any suggestions for a Charitable Deeds fund-raiser and would like to chair that event, please give us a call.
That is all for now – Just remember you are still our favorite people!
God Bless you all – keep smiling!
